Helping business owners locate qualified buyers for their businesses, which they have spent years, and in some cases lifetimes, developing.  Our primary focus in the eastern United States, but we have helped sellers throughout the country.

Our Qualifications

• 28 years in franchise and independent business sales and development.
• Thorough knowledge of sales and operations.
• Select consulting to public and private companies in the matters of divestiture and the preparation of selling the entity.
• Member IBBA
• Both principals have a successful history of starting, running, and then selling businesses.  Both principals also have experience in franchising, and a thorough knowledge and understanding of the industry.

Our Listings

Tristate Business Authority prides itself on quality listings.  In fact, we don't accept all listings into our inventory.  By only working with quality businesses, we have a much higher success rate than our competition.  We guide sellers and buyers through the process to negotiate a win win opportunity for both parties.
